Blackburn-based Northern Industrial has announced its acquisition by US firm Radwell International, a leading global supplier of surplus and remanufactured industrial control systems.

Effective April 1st 2023, Northern Industrial joins Radwell International, a move designed to bring increased efficiency, better value, and the ability to adapt and scale the combined offering to meet the global purchasing needs of customers worldwide.
