HAHN Plastics UK (HP UK) has announced a partnership with leading operational training provider Opex Coaching, which will see its flagship leadership programme delivered at HP UK’s Manchester site.
Opex Coaching will deliver its three-day Operational Excellence Leadership Programme in a state-of-the-art training facility, allowing it to combine classroom-based leadership training with the chance to get hands-on experience in a live manufacturing environment.
As part of the course, delegates will participate in a controlled factory tour and practical “Go and See” activities, helping them connect the course content to real manufacturing processes.
Designed for manufacturing team managers, operational managers and site leaders, the programme provides practical tools and techniques to help deliver improvements within their organisations.
The programme with Opex Coaching is expected to be hosted at HP UK’s Manchester facility once a month, bringing manufacturing professionals from across the UK to the site to develop their skills and share best practice.

As part of the partnership with Opex Coaching, HAHN employees will also receive two complimentary places on every programme, providing members of the team with the opportunity to take part in the training.
